Northern Horizon Contracting is a veteran-owned facility and building maintenance company based in Eagle River, Alaska. Founded by U.S. Army veteran Corey Buchanan, Northern Horizon was built on the belief that Alaska's commercial and residential property owners deserve a maintenance partner they can actually count on — one that shows up on time, communicates clearly, prices fairly, and delivers quality work backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Our team operates out of our Eagle River facility and serves the full Southcentral Alaska region — Anchorage, Eagle River, the Mat-Su Valley, Girdwood, and the Kenai Peninsula. We bring military discipline, professional systems, and genuine accountability to every job.
Northern Horizon is licensed, bonded, and insured. We are registered on SAM.gov and eligible for government and military facility contracts. We are proud to be a veteran-owned small business serving the state we call home.
